This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the mobile application known as Second Phone Number, together with all related services, features, and content. Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App and remove it from your device.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
- “App” means the software program Second Phone Number, including updates, enhancements, and related services.
- “You” / “User” means the individual or entity using the App.
- “License” means the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App as granted herein.
- “Device” means any smartphone, tablet, or other hardware on which the App is installed.
- “Content” means all text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, and other materials accessible through the App.
- “Subscription” means the recurring payment plan that enables continued access to certain premium features.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- Download and install the App on a single device owned or controlled by you.
- Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes or for legitimate business communication.
This License does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by [Your Company Name].
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, including harassment, spamming, or impersonation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks.
- Circumvent payment systems, subscription restrictions, or security measures.
- Use the App to send emergency communications (the App is not a substitute for traditional telephone services).
- Use the App in violation of applicable local, national, or international laws.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your License.
4. Account Registration
- To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Features: Some features of the App are provided free of charge.
- Paid Features: Premium features (e.g., additional phone numbers, extended calling, voicemail storage) require a subscription.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Apple App Store’s in-app purchase system. We do not directly store your payment details.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds: Refunds are managed through Apple’s App Store policy; we cannot issue direct refunds.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing, but changes will be communicated through the App Store and only apply to future billing cycles.
6. Virtual Phone Numbers and Limitations
- Numbers provided through the App are virtual numbers and may be reassigned or recycled in compliance with telecommunications regulations.
- Availability of specific area codes or international numbers is not guaranteed.
- Numbers are intended for lawful communication only; misuse may result in revocation.
- The App does not support calls to emergency numbers such as 911 or 112. Always use your carrier’s phone line for emergencies.
7. User Content and Responsibilities
You may send or transmit communications (calls, SMS, MMS) through the App. You are solely responsible for:
- The legality and appropriateness of the content.
- Ensuring your use complies with all laws and third-party rights.
- Not transmitting offensive, defamatory, or harmful material.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- The App, trademarks, logos, and associated content remain the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and its licensors.
- You are granted no rights to our intellectual property except the limited License in Section 2.
- You may not use our trademarks or brand without prior written permission.
10. Termination

11. Indemnification

12. Disclaimers

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete security.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability in any dispute will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country of Incorporation], without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

- Waiver: Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of our rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our consent.
